This 2 bedroom apartment is fully kitted - home automation, multi room HD audio & video and advanced security system. As owners are travelling a lot, home automation was a natural choice - they can switch heating on/off or even adjust temperature to ensure a warm welcome. Due to interior design, all AV components are centrally stored and operated remotely via universal remote or smart phone/tablet.

We have designed and installed Smart Home system including: Home Cinema, multi room audio, lighting control, heating control, integration with security systems, gate entry, water leak detection, pump fail detection and topped it up with Wi-Fi available throughout the house and garden.

We have designed and installed custom built Home Cinema system based on 5.1 surround system and HD projector.

Client requested us to install High Definition surround system. Nice, clean design with ceiling speakers, hidden equipment in custom made cabinet, universal remote controller to simplify control and 55" TV to top it up.

We were appointed before 1st fix stage and that gave us a chance to work closely with the owner and the architect on the design. As client requested to hide as much technology as possible we accepted the challenge! Outcome is a HD hidden projector with 5.1 surround sound based on ceiling speakers transforming this contemporary room to full blast action room!

There's no better way to expose nice design, than add designer lights. With our system, the client can control all lights, create new scenes and even paint the wall with colour! The effect is complimented by our custom designed music system. Photos thanks to the owner & Marcin Bialek Photography.

This stunning property has advanced home automation system integrated with security systems, access control, audio visual, wired and wireless network, multi room music and heat recovery system. We also added extra bit of intelligent control over Nilan heat source. House is future proof and ready for any changes and customization.
